Functional Role: Esthetician
Purpose of this role: To provide unrivaled facial treatments in Tampa Bay through a commitment to excellence that exceeds client expectations.
This role reports to: Owner and lead esthetician
Key Duties of this role:
Treatment Room | Esthetician (80% time allocation):
Build rapport with clients while providing a calming and relaxing atmosphere
Perform professional facial treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, gua sha, facial waxing, etc.
Analyze client’s skin, identify unique needs, recommend treatment program and skincare products
Explain the benefits of each treatment on our spa menu; answer client questions about treatments
Explain the benefits of and sell skincare products
Apply and recommend makeup for clients
Operations (15% time allocation):
Updating client treatment records
Maintain detailed appointment notes on every client
Make record of home care recommendations and samples given
Identify clients likes and dislikes
Appointment Management
Regularly view your appointment calendar and be responsible for always knowing your schedule
Arrive early with ample time to completely set up treatment room and be dressed in uniform before first client arrives
Spa Care and Maintenance
Maintain sparkling clean treatment room in accordance with Florida state sanitation laws and guidelines
Regularly check on treatment room inventory and notify management when supplies are low
General light cleaning and restocking of common areas that need attention such as the restroom, lounge, front desk, etc.
Events | Community Outreach (5% time allocation):
Participate in monthly events, workshops, and pop-ups
Network and market to attain new clients

Previous Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of working as an esthetician in spa or medical setting.
2. Previous customer service experience in retail sales or makeup application
Hours of Work:
Flexible hours
Nights and Saturdays a plus
